Winner of Superbrands Award since 2010
On 5 December 2018, Geneco received the Superbrands Award, offered to brands with outstanding reputation in the industry. This award is given out after a rigorous and comprehensive selection process, based on extensive consumer research conducted by BDRC Asia, an award-winning global consumer insight consultancy and in consultation with an expert brand panel.
Geneco has been a Superbrands Award Winner since 2010. From our first customer in 2001, we have committed ourselves to deliver excellent customer service, innovative array of products, as well as cost-effective energy plans to every of our customer to come. We were the first electricity retailer to offer e-billing and multiple payment options when demand for these services arose, in addition to flexible energy services that addresses business sensitivity to price fluctuations. Till today, change is a constant in Geneco. From time to time, we continue to introduce new product bundles and value add-ons to cater to changing demands.
Beyond supplying electricity, Geneco believes in offering educational value to our community. We conduct regular seminars to educate consumers about the energy market liberalization, latest market trends and capabilities building.
